Terms
Use WelcomeScan with permission.
The free sample calls your own verified mobile. The signed-in dashboard is for owners who are authorized to test a verified business line.
Use your own mobile
The free sample call must go to a mobile number you can verify and answer yourself. Do not enter someone else’s number, share the sample with an unexpected recipient, or use WelcomeScan to harass anyone.
Verify the destination
The free sample requires a code sent to the phone that will receive it. Business scans require a verified location and business line. Do not use verification to target a business you are not authorized to test.
Authorize business scans
For a business scan, you must be authorized by the business, confirm where the people answering will be during the call window, confirm that the line will not forward somewhere else, and authorize recording and transcription. Do not schedule a scan when those statements are not true.
Authorize your free sample
By confirming, you agree to answer the call yourself and authorize WelcomeScan to place one AI customer-scenario call to your verified phone. You also agree to recording and transcription for your private report.
No real commitment
The caller is designed not to create a booking, accept a quote, buy anything, authorize work, provide payment details, or make another commitment. Do not use the service to try to create one.
Treat the report as one observation
The report covers one short phone interaction. Scores and suggestions are practical observations, not a guarantee of how every customer, employee, or phone call will behave.
Access and misuse
Keep sample links and account access secure. We may limit, refuse, cancel, or disable scans that appear unauthorized, abusive, unsafe, or technically risky.
Email you request
If you ask for an industry example or monitoring access, WelcomeScan may send one email with that material and a confirmation link. Future product email starts only after you confirm from that inbox. You can unsubscribe at any time. Do not submit an address you do not control.
