Use WelcomeScan with permission.
The free sample can run in your browser. The optional phone version calls your own verified mobile. The signed-in dashboard is for owners who are authorized to test a verified business line.
Use your own details
The browser sample requires an email address you control and microphone access on your own device. The optional phone sample must go to a mobile number you can verify and answer yourself. Do not enter someone else’s details, share the sample with an unexpected recipient, or use WelcomeScan to harass anyone.
Verify the destination
The optional phone sample requires a code sent to the mobile that will receive it. If the text does not arrive, you may separately choose “Call me with the code” and consent to one automated verification call that reads the code. Business scans require a verified location and business line. Do not use verification to target a phone or business you are not authorized to test.
Authorize business scans
For recurring business monitoring, you must be authorized by the business, confirm that everyone who may answer during the saved hours will be in the selected one-party consent state, confirm that the line will not forward outside that state, and authorize recording and transcription for future calls. Pause monitoring whenever those statements are not true.
Authorize your free sample
For the browser sample, you authorize one AI customer-scenario conversation through your microphone and agree to recording and transcription for your private report. For the optional phone sample, you agree to answer the call yourself, authorize WelcomeScan to place one AI customer-scenario call to your verified phone, and agree to recording and transcription for your private report. The private sample report includes a playable recording and transcript for 30 days.
No real commitment
The caller is designed not to create a booking, accept a quote, buy anything, authorize work, provide payment details, or make another commitment. Do not use the service to try to create one.
Treat the report as one observation
The report covers one sample interaction. Scores and suggestions are practical observations, not a guarantee of how every customer, employee, or phone call will behave.
Access and misuse
Keep sample links and account access secure. We may limit, refuse, cancel, or disable scans that appear unauthorized, abusive, unsafe, or technically risky.
Email you request
The email required for the free sample identifies and protects that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing. If you separately ask for an industry example or plan details, WelcomeScan may send one email with that material and a confirmation link. Future product email starts only after you confirm from that inbox. You can unsubscribe at any time. Do not submit an address you do not control.
Monthly monitoring plan
The WelcomeScan monthly monitoring plan costs $39 per month and includes five observation credits. You choose a target of up to five observations, randomized within the recurring weekly open hours and preferences you save; narrow hours or activating late in a month can reduce how many fit. Each observation may make up to three reach attempts when no person is reached and the saved hours provide safe retry windows. Up to three additional replacement observation credits may be issued in an allowance period when the system cannot produce a trustworthy observation, so a fully used month can make at most 24 physical call attempts. You must keep the required authorization, answering state, forwarding, and recording confirmations true for future calls. The free sample is not a paid trial. The plan renews automatically until you cancel, and unused observation credits do not roll over.
Billing and cancellation
Stripe processes subscription payments. You can cancel through the billing portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Failed or ended subscriptions pause new business scans, while your account and existing written reports remain available.
